Author Guidelines

The Journal of the American Institute invites the submission of original research articles, review papers, and other academic contributions that advance knowledge and understanding in a wide range of interdisciplinary fields. Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure it adheres to the following guidelines:

Manuscript Submission

  1. Submission Process: All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s submission portal. Authors are required to register with the journal prior to submitting their manuscript.

  2. Manuscript Format:

    • Manuscripts should be typed in Calibri font, size 11 pt.
    • All text should be double-spaced, including the title page, abstract, body of the manuscript, and references.
    • Margins should be set at 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
    • Pages should be numbered consecutively.
    • The manuscript should include:
      • Title Page: Title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information of the corresponding author.
      • Abstract: A concise summary of the manuscript (up to 250 words).
      • Keywords: 4-6 keywords.
      • Main Text: Including introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions.
      • References: In EndNote style (see below).
      • Figures and Tables: Must be inserted in the manuscript and referenced in the text. High-quality images are preferred.
  3. Word Limit: The main body of the manuscript should not exceed 6,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).

  4. Ethical Guidelines: Authors must adhere to ethical standards for research. This includes ensuring that all work is original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. Authors are required to confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere for publication.
